• Digital Products: We offer digital products for instant download. Once purchased, these products are non-refundable
• Print-on-Demand Products: Physical products are printed and shipped by our partners, Printify and Zazzle. These products are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

2. Payment

We accept credit and debit card payments through WooCommerce for WordPress. By making a purchase, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

3. Shipping and Delivery

1. Digital Products: These products are available for instant download upon purchase.
2. Print-on-Demand Products: Shipping is handled by Printify and Zazzle and is free of charge. Please refer to their websites for estimated delivery times.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

1. Digital Products: These products are non-refundable.
2. Print-on-Demand Products:

– Returns are accepted and will be refunded upon receipt at 1673 S Market Blvd # 10081, Chehalis, Washington 98532.

– Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing an order through Printify and Zazzle.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. User Accounts

Accounts will be terminated after 3 years of inactivity. We reserve the right to terminate accounts immediately if abuse or fraud is detected, and to report any fraudulent activity.

In no event shall Miraculous Messages be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website or products.

8. Privacy

9. Warranties

We provide no warranties for digital products. Warranties for print-on-demand products are provided by Printify and Zazzle.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Grays Harbor County, Washington.
