At Miraculous Messages, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

– Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

– Products must be unused and in their original packaging whenever possible.

– Digital downloads are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

– Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

– In certain situations, return shipping costs may be reimbursed at the discretion of Miraculous Messages customer care team.

– If you decide to return an item(s) please contact us first so our customer care team can start the process and give you a receiving address.

Refund Process

– Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund within 10 business days.

– Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

– If the returned item(s) do not meet our return policy requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the return and send the item(s) back to you.

Exchanges

– If you would like to exchange an item, please return it following the above guidelines and place a new order for the desired item.
